Recent data from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board shows that the average selling price in the GTA for September 2025 was approximately $1,059,000, down about 4 to 5 percent from last year.The benchmark price, or MLS Home Price Index composite, is sitting around $960,000, which is about 5 percent lower than last year.
