What You’ll Be Doing as an SRG Agent
- Build relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to clients
- Make consistent follow-up calls and respond promptly to new leads
- Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and training opportunities
- Present our team’s unique value so clients see the difference working with Sandstone makes
- Maintain detailed notes and updates in our CRM to ensure a seamless client experience
- Use social media and digital platforms to expand your reach and attract new business
- Represent the Sandstone brand with professionalism in every interaction
- Continuously seek growth through accountability, consistency, and learning
